Free Decoder
Miliki Decoder is a free program that decompresses LAFE Compressed File (QCF) files.
When a file is compressed with Miliki, it is converted to the QCF format. For example a Word document called sample.doc will become sample.qcf after it is compressed with Miliki.
If you have received a file with a QCF extension (for example: sample.qcf ), please take a few moments to download and install the free Miliki Decoder by clicking on the download link below.
Once installed, any file with a QCF extension will be automatically converted back to it`s original format by simply double-clicking on the file.
The free Miliki Decoder uses proprietary and patented techniques to decompress qcf files.
